The Snow Queen is deeply worried. It is no longer snowing properly in the world. Her powers are fading. Only the hidden snow crystal can help her restore the balance of warmth and cold. So, the Snow Queen sends the two cold experts, Calda and Fredda, on a quest to find the snow crystal. On their journey, they meet Agathe Fuchsia, who loves warmth and invites them to her coffee gatherings. They also encounter the lonely Odin from Nordian, who seems somewhat out of this world yet still has earthly needs. He longs for a warming heart. Determined to save the world, Fredda and Calda spare no effort. Will they find the snow crystal?
